LITTLE PEAKS BAKESHOP:

THE BAKERY

Little Peaks Bakeshop is a licensed, Durango Cottage Food micro-bakery!  We bake in a dedicated kitchen out of our own home and run as an online ordering/delivery business. Ordering and delivery dates will be announced via email and our website, typically on a monthly basis.
(We spend much of our time creating menus, testing recipes and creating new and fun breads and pastries to enjoy!)  

​Every loaf and baked product is handmade in the traditional way, using ingredients we eat ourselves and believe in.  We love good food and sharing it with our community, which is why we started LPB.

THE PRODUCTS

Here at Little Peaks, we specialize in sourdough breads and pastries.
We are curious eaters, and try to bring new ideas into our baked goods.  Along with traditional recipes with inspiration from our travels, we are always trying to find new combinations to share.  Above all else, taste is our number one priority, and we hope you see that in our products!
We believe in the flavor and nutritional value of naturally-leavened goods, and try as much as possible to use our sourdough starter in our recipes. Our flours and grains are all organically grown- and we use our table-top mill to freshly mill grain to bring out subtle flavors and extra nutrition in our baked goods.  Ingredients are important to us, and we try to source the tastiest possible!
